We ask our Gozitan friends to have a look out for Elliot, a one year old neutered male fox terrier X who was lost at lunchtime Sunday on the Xaghra to Marsalforn Road, near to the Ghajn Barrani turning. He is mostly white with tan patches on his head; he has a long tail. He is wearing a fabric and chain black collar, with an ID disc, bearing the SPCA contact numbers. This friendly dog has been wondering in Pembroke, in the ITS/Radisson SAS area for the last 3 days. I believe it got lost or was abandoned in these past days since it is still very clean and well groomed. This dog seems very frightened and timid. At the moment we are giving him food and drink and is left sleeping in the common parts of our block of apartments. But obviously this can just be a temporary measure.

I am asking for your help to circulate this e-mail as much as possible to try and find the owner! I already called SPCA, Island Sanctuary and AAA but as you can imagine it's very difficult for them to accept more dogs since they are already full, although they promised to get back to me in case there is a vacancy. I just received an email with these pictures of a stray cat which is either lost or has been abandoned in San Pawl tat-Targa. A nice man sent me these, as he is worried that this cat is not letting the other strays come close to eat or sleep. Should anyone have some info about this cat, please do contact me after 17.00 hrs on 99474945. If anyone  considers to adopt him, please get in touch with me as well. Cat is very friendly and wants to go in doors. He/She is very tame and allows one to pet her and pick her up which leads me to believe that she was raised indoors. Unfortunately as I wrote she is preventing the older strays that I feed, from eating. One of the strays we have been feeding for almost 10 years. Thanks, Antonella

Tal fenek dog got lost on friday the 31st december in Kalkara. she is still a puppy approx. 3 mths old. light brown colour with a white spot on her forehead. she is very friendly but doesn't respond to any names since she was still a new member of the family. please if someone has seen or has this dog please contact me Jonathan Meilak on 99890719. thanking you all

This tal-kacca dog, wearing a brown collar, around 6 months old, very very healthy and clean... Dog is roaming in Siggiewi. He is probably lost (hope not dumped out) !!!  My neighbour has put him on a lead and went around our block to ask residents but unfortunately no one happened to know who this dog belongs, so we had to leave him roam in the area since every sanctuary in Malta is full. I had to go to work this morning so i could not take him to vet to check if he is micro-chipped... but will do so tomorrow if he is still in the area.
